Estate Files (Surrogate Court)
Consists of:
Various documents pertaining to the settlement of an estate of a deceased person including: applications for grant of probate, letters of administration with will annexed, and administration; wills; affidavits of value of property; and property inventories.

Divorce Files (Court of Queen's Bench)
Consists of:
Divorce applications and proceedings including notices of motion, exhibits, decrees and judgments.

Civil Files (Court of Queen's Bench/County Court)
Consists of:
Statements of claim, notices of motion, statements of defence, orders and judgments. Prior to 1984, County Court and Court of Queen's Bench had concurrent jurisdiction over civil matters. In 1984, the responsibilities of the County Court were assumed by the Court of Queen's Bench.
